Deep Cleaning/Organizing

My wife loves to organize. It delights her to no end to be given free reign in someone's pile-up room, closet or desk and just make it look neat and tidy.

She came across a "grand plan" for giving your house a good once-over. It is broken down into bite-sized pieces so that it seems quite do-able for the average person. I am really not sure who the author is but it has to be someone very clever.
